Playing with widgets

Today I was testing widgets with igoogle, I have tried a widget editor on igoogle.
You just have to write the code in the widget editor and then click on preview for a immediately preview! But its only supports xml files so I had to make a blogger to test widget also which supports html files.

Communication Training

Friday I returned from communication training.
The communication training were given by 'HOW Company', it was suppose to let our team understand and know each other better.
The training started Wednesday noon till Friday evening, we had to do indoor and outdoor games with our team.

We had to work together as a team to complete the outdoor games, we also had to rotate the leadership in those games and we get reviews by the trainers after the games.

The indoor part was about the different communication styles, we have learned how to adapt to those styles, the are four different styles, which are supporter, analyser, controller and promoter. I have the supporter style.

I find the communication training at first nothing, because we had a dropout middle of the forest and took us 3 hours(9pm~ 0:20am) to find the camping site.
The second and the third day was alot better than the first and interesting and fun to know each other better.
